We are found in the process of undertaking new product development and trial production. The research and development of new products is usually a process of continuous improvement and constant change. The latter time is often changed locally on the basis of the previous design. For example, just changing the position or size of a hole, moving a boss or a The position of the counterbore. In the machining of CNC machine tools , it is easy to process small holes, but for large holes and bearing holes of ¢40 or more and even more than 100, if there is no corresponding rough boring tool and fine boring tool, it is very troublesome to process. The cost of purchasing tools is very high, and the purchase of tools has greatly extended the time for product development and trial production. In response to this situation, combined with the Beibei horizontal machining center machine (model: MAR-500/630H) we used, we have compiled a simple subroutine, which is very good in the inner hole and step hole machining. The application not only saves tool costs, shortens product trial time and cycle, but also reduces the programming error rate caused by each drawing change.

For example: there is one product (name: bracket, material: ZL101), there are many holes in the processing part, the main dimensions of the figure are simplified as shown in the figure:

Our processing method is to pre-drill with ¢27 drill bit, then use ¢36 to lengthen the high-speed steel milling cutter to plunge into ¢36, and by the way ¢36 milling cutter Milling all non-tolerance holes, leaving a tolerance of 0.5mm after tolerance hole milling, and finally milling all tolerance holes with ¢20 tungsten steel milling cutter, without computer programming, three knives finish all holes!
